Lavender Tea

I wanted to share this delicious recipe I created. I usually take Magnesium which is a great muscle relaxer but I was looking for something more floral and easier on the taste buds. So if you are a fan of lavender I strongly suggest it!

Night Time Lavender Latte

  • 1 c water

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1 tbsp lavender buds

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Heat your water, and pour over buds. Let steep for 4 mins ( longer if you want a stronger taste). Strain lavender & water into the cup you will be drinking out of. Heat your almond milk over stovetop and mix in honey & vanilla until steamy. Add almond milk mixture into tea. Enjoy!
